He is a seasoned business development and logistics professional with over 30 years’ experience across various sectors.
His core competencies include consultancy, logistics, and the management of all aspects of energy production and distribution. He has a proven track record in supply chain management, haulage and logistics, and energy sector business development. Daniel’s keen eye for opportunity, strong entrepreneurial instincts, and commitment to best practices have driven consistent business growth. He also leads several CSR initiatives, including food kitchens, skills acquisition programs, and healthcare interventions. Daniel serves on the boards of Nidogas Limited and Navgas Limited.
Chukwuemeka C. Anene – Chief Operating Officer

Chukwuemeka Anene is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, product trading, project finance, and engineering. He is known for driving innovation and fostering growth by leveraging modern technologies to optimize organizational success.
His expertise spans business development, financial analysis, project management, and business analytics. He has raised over $30 million in financing for product trading and asset expansion, launched three successful engineering companies, and led significant upgrades in petroleum storage technology. He was one of the pioneers of 3D Laser Scanning in Nigeria, impacting sectors such as aviation and policing.
He has previously served as Country Manager for PVB Trading Company, Managing Director of CA Preston Engineering Limited, and Managing Director of Cephwell Resources Limited. His leadership across these roles helped shape strategy, build key partnerships, and implement innovations that improved operational efficiency.
Edamisan Olajide Toyo – Chief Financial Officer

Edamisan (Eddy) Toyo is a multidisciplinary professional with over 24 years of experience. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), and a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
His work experience covers banking operations, internal control, corporate and investment banking, project development, and financial/management consultancy. He has held key positions such as Head of Upstream Energy at FCMB, Head of Project Finance and Power at Heritage Bank Plc, Commercial Development Director at Arq. Development Company Limited, COO at a finance company, and MD/CEO at Peerage Advisory and Projects Limited. He has successfully led advisory mandates involving corporate acquisition, asset acquisition, project development, debt restructuring, capital raising, and corporate restructuring.
Dotun Adigun – Head, Business Development

Dotun has over 23 years of industry experience, with more than 11 years in senior management and C-level roles. His expertise spans operations management, logistics, business development, sales and marketing, business strategy, and analysis.
Before joining Oleum Trader, he worked with several reputable organizations including Virgin Nigeria, Total Energies, and TSL Logistics. He has also attended executive programs at Pan Atlantic Business School, Lagos and INSEAD.
